6 Things Before You Die
Why the Trunk?
When I married Brenda I was at a loss as to what to do with all the "things" that remind me of Lily. There were too many to keep around and yet lots of things I didn't want to throw away. Brenda suggested I get a special trunk that I could open whenever I wanted and yet not have around all the time. Thus it seemed appropriate to use the trunk as a symbolic picture for these pages.

These stories are dedicated to the memory of my late wife, Lily. She was an exceptional person and an inspiration to many. Writing 6 Things was helpful for my grief process and others have found it to be so for them as well. It's not really about dieing but more about living well now.
